Job summary

Village Caregiving - Ashland, KY seeks compassionate home care aides to support clients with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship in their homes.

We value patience, reliability, and the ability to follow care plans and health guidelines. Training may be provided; previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards and established care procedures.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping and meal preparation with the ability to follow dietary restrictions.
• Must be respectful, compassionate, dependable, and have a caring bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete required physical tasks.
• Physical endurance necessary to assist clients with daily activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
