Upscale Home Care is seeking a dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and disabled individuals in Tempe, AZ. You will assist with daily personal care and companionship, promoting independence and dignity in a comfortable home setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), paid training, and ongoing support. CPR and First Aid certification, clear background check, and at least one year of caregiving experience are required to join

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Finger clearance card required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to assist with mobility while maintaining dignity.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care (dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals).
• Perform light housekeeping in the client’s home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Provide companionship with warmth and sensitivity to ensure comfort and happiness.
