Right at Home is hiring Home Caregivers in Santa Rosa, CA. You will assist seniors at home with daily tasks, mobility, meal prep, personal care, and companionship. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and training are provided.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and may need HCA registration in CA. Join a team that values dignity and comfort for clients in Sonoma and Napa counties.

Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home care preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain client dignity.

Responsabilités

• Provide safety and support to clients in their homes.

• Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments.

Pay and Benefits:

Our Home Caregivers are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t build meaningful relationships with our clients, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day.

• Competitive pay ($20-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)

• Flexible schedule (you select shifts to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts, regular or fill-ins only)

• Weekly paychecks, direct deposit

• Paid mileage when transporting clients

Ongoing training and development for Home Caregivers:

• Annual Training available online or in the office

• Support from local Care Coordinators - who will introduce you personally to each new client and provide an overview of their needs

• Opportunities for optional additional training if you wish to expand the types of clients you can serve

• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable vehicle

• Current vehicle insurance.

• HCA registration or open to registering as required by the state of CA as a Home Care Aide - we can help with the process

  If you are already registered, we can have you working in just a few days.

We are hiring for many shifts and locations across Sonoma and Napa counties.

What You’ll Do as an In Home Caregiver:

Provide safety and support to someone who needs a helping hand:

• Mobility assistance

• Meal preparation

• Personal hygiene (such as toileting, bathing, and grooming)

• Dressing

• Medication reminders

• Light house cleaning

• Running errands

• Companionship and social interaction

• Transportation to appointments
