Job summary

Right at Home in Napa, CA is seeking compassionate Home Caregivers to help seniors live with dignity at home. You will assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, dressing, companionship, reminders, light housekeeping, and errands.

We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, overtime on long shifts and holidays, and optional benefits. Training provided; CA HCA registration support.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Current vehicle insurance.
• HCA registration or intent to register in CA; company assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Mobility assistance for clients.
• Meal preparation for daily meals.
• Personal hygiene support (toileting, bathing, grooming).
• Dressing assistance as needed.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Medication reminders as prescribed.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Run errands for clients.

Pay and Perks:

• Competitive pay ($20-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)
• Flexible schedule (shifts can be chosen to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts)
