Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a caring in‑home Caregiver to support seniors and adults with independence and comfort in their own homes across the Rogue Valley, Medford, Ashland and neighboring communities.

You’ll deliver personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and safe mobility support, with training provided and flexible schedules to fit family needs. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others live independently, apply today.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, in‑home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Providing medication reminders.

• Assisting with mobility and transportation.

• Safety supervision and peace of mind.

• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.

• Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation and valid ID.

• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
