Job summary

Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking caring caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities, documenting notes in our mobile app and communicating with the office.

We offer competitive pay ($19–$22/hr), flexible schedules, weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, training, and supportive team. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Reliable transport and a valid ID are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors and vulnerable adults continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. More than providing care, you'll offer companionship, build trust, and become an important part of someone's daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Skills & Experience

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.

• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you build your confidence and succeed in your role.
