SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch in San Diego, CA seeks a compassionate In-Home Caregiver for a part-time role focused on dignity, independence, and comfort. You will support clients in their homes with daily living tasks and companionship, building meaningful connections every shift.

We offer paid orientation and training, overtime pay for holidays, paid sick time, paid time off, parental leave, a referral program, direct deposit, and caregiver recognition programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Current California Home Care Aide Registry registration.
• TB test clearance and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, mobility and medication reminders.
• Prepare meals, run errands, perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship to support independence and dignity.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
