Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in the San Diego area is seeking compassionate caregivers who can provide in-home care with warmth and professionalism. We’ll train you if you’re new to caregiving, and experienced aides are valued for their skills.

You’ll contribute by assisting clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines, offering companionship, and giving medication reminders—while building meaningful, trusting relationships with each client and their family.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overnight shifts is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Ability to pass background & reference checks
• Physically able to perform job duties
• Basic English speaking and understanding

We’re looking for caregivers who:

• Are looking for a consistent work schedule

• Have an open and flexible schedule

• Are available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week

• Can work at least one weekend shift

• Can speak and understand basic English

• Have a caring attitude and willingness to learn
