Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help aging adults live safely and comfortably at home. You’ll join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and competitive pay, plus paid training and certification.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic by nature.
• Ability to interact with clients in an upbeat and positive manner.
• Must pass a background and DMV check.
• Must have a clean, safe vehicle with valid CA license and insurance.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly clients in their homes.
• Provide peace of mind to the families of our clients.
• Transportation to appointments & errands.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication management & personal care.
• Alzheimer's / Dementia care, mobility assistance and hygiene assistance.
