Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch in San Diego, CA is seeking a part-time In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients’ homes.

You’ll assist with daily activities, prepare meals, run errands, and help with light housekeeping while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Competitive hourly wage of $19-$21, paid orientation and training, overtime for holidays, paid time off, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Current California Home Care Aide Registry registration.
• TB test clearance.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and home safety tasks.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Support clients to live safely and maintain independence.
