Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Escondido, CA is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being in clients' homes, tailor activities, provide companionship, and assist with ADLs and light housework.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay $18-$20/hr, bonuses for last-minute and weekend shifts, and flexible schedules. Travel up to 25 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
