Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, tailor activities, provide companionship, and assist with daily living activities.

We offer full-time, part-time, on-call and weekend shifts with flexible schedules and competitive pay between $18 and $20 per hour. A valid driver's license, COVID vaccination or exemption, TB test, Live Scan, and an HCA certification

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
