Home Instead of the Black Hills in Rapid City is seeking Care Professionals to support aging adults at home. You will provide companionship, light personal care, transportation, and daily assistance in clients' homes.

A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance, smartphone, and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening are required. Training is paid, and benefits include PTO, vision and dental coverage, and retirement options.

What You'll Need

• Your own reliable vehicle for the purposes of your shifts
• A current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as a listed driver for the vehicle you will take for the purposes of your shifts
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Records Check, and drug screen
• A smartphone or device that has access to service

Your Role as a Care Professional

As a Care Pro, you’ll provide non-medical support including but not limited to:

• Companionship & conversation
• Personal care assistance
• Light housekeeping & meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders

You’ll bring dignity, connection, and peace of mind to the seniors you serve — every single day.
