Home Instead seeks part-time Care Professionals to support aging adults at home with dignity, care, and compassion. Duties include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, reminders for medications and appointments, grooming and bathing assistance, toileting support, and Alzheimer’s care as needed.
Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Training and in-house certification in Personal Care tasks are provided before starting with clients.
Our community needs your help! Home Instead is hiring part time caregivers to perform the essential work of keeping aging adults safe and comfortable at home. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Prior to working for our clients, all Home Instead caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals, or Care Pros for short—will go through specific training designed by Home Otherwise and will receive an in-house certification in Personal Care tasks. These tasks include demonstrating ability to assist our clients with grooming, bathing, continence care, and mobility. After training, our Care Pros will feel confident going into the client’s home and helping to support their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
