Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience is required.
• Hoyer lift and/or client transfer experience is required.
• Experience assisting clients with mobility and fall-risk needs.
• Reliable, dependable, and responsible.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Able to follow a client’s care plan and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Valid caregiver documentation and required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Hoyer lift transfers and safe client transfers.
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting with mobility, positioning, and safe movement.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Following the client’s care plan and reporting changes or concerns.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
