Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking caring In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in their homes. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.

• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and transportation as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation and errands
• Assistance with daily activities
• Providing a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportationAbility to meet applicable background check drug screen and employment requirements
