FirstLight Home Care in Mequon, WI is looking for compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts are available.

You will assist with companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility, while maintaining a safe home environment and respecting client independence. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable with a patient, caring approach.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home and manage tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Willingness to meet background check and employment requirements.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required for all roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Meal preparation for clients.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home.
• Medication reminders as directed by care plan.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.

Schedule
