Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in their homes. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping in a flexible, rewarding role.

We welcome responsible individuals who can work independently, communicate clearly, and pass a background check. Previous caregiving is a plus but not required, and you will receive ongoing training and local team support.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available


• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available


• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:
