Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to become a part of our care team.

*We have a variety of shifts available including:

1. Day
2. Evenings
3. Nights
4. Weekends

Compensation ranges from $13.75 to $16.00 an hour, with most of our Care Team averaging $16.88 an hour. Weekends are paid more per hour on shift differential.

Part-time, full-time, and overtime opportunities are available.

Areas we serve include: Carrollton, Coppell, Irving, Lewisville, Plano, Frisco, and The Colony. We will match you closer to your home to reduce your commute.

Minimum Requirements Include:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
