Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurse Aides (NAs) for in-home care in Oahu, Hawaii. The role offers both full-time and part-time flexible shifts with competitive pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour.

Always Best Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurse Aides (NAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors throughout Oahu.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Offer medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in clients' health or condition
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification required (CNA accepted)
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical support
