Job summary

Lifesteps Inc. is hiring full-time Direct Care Aides to support individuals in the Fenelton area of Butler County, PA. The caregiver will help individuals live as independently as possible in their home and community while maintaining dignity and respect.

The role operates a two-week rotating schedule (3:00pm–11:00pm, 7:00am–7:00pm, and 7:00am–3:00pm). Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 403B plan and

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

The Caregiver provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

This full-time position works a two week rotating schedule of 3p.m. - 11 p.m. , 7a.m. - 7p.m. , and 7 a.m - 3p.m.

Position Requirements:
