Lifesteps in Verona, PA is hiring an In Home Caregiver to join the Caregiving Team. This full-time position supports adults with disabilities in a residential home setting, helping with daily living activities such as dressing, meal preparation, bathing and transportation to appointments.

Available shifts include evenings 3 pm–11 pm or overnight 11 pm–7 am, with part-time hours and flexible scheduling. No experience is required, paid training is provided, and Lifesteps offers a strong benefits

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Dutiescan include:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
