Job summary

Lifesteps, a local human service agency in Fenelton, PA, is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including evenings (3 pm–11 pm) or overnights (7 pm–7 am), with paid training for those new to the field.

No experience is required; experienced home health aides, nurse’s aides, and direct support professionals are welcome. Position provides steady hours and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.
