Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers; CNA or HCA preferred, but we can support certification. Flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.

Position Overview

This caregiver role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to caregiving, we welcome those with a caring heart and a strong sense of responsibility. A current CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential is preferred, but we’re happy to consider candidates willing to obtain certification.

• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
