Job summary

No Worries Care in Everett, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. You will provide one-on-one assistance, helping with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities.

A current CNA or Home Care Aide credential is preferred, or candidates ready to obtain certification. We welcome both seasoned and new caregivers and offer flexible scheduling and paid training to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support light housekeeping and keeping a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism
• Genuine compassion and a commitment to client well-being
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
