Job summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for part-time and full-time opportunities. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes, helping them stay safe and independent.

We offer $17-$18 per hour, next-day pay, paid training, flexible schedules, health benefits, PTO & 401(k), plus weekend differential and referral bonuses. Serving Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• CNA experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver license required.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation and medication reminders.
• Help clients maintain independence at home.
