Home Instead is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Columbus, OH to provide compassionate in-home support. Earn $15.50–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits where eligible.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality care and support for clients in the Columbus metro area. Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and using our industry-leading mobile app to manage schedules and track earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support
• Dedicated support from the team, available 24/7
• Utilize the mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, scheduling, and earnings tracking

Requirements
