Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality at-home care in Michigan. You will support clients with companionship, daily activities, and personal care while using a mobile app to track visits and earnings.

Earn $15.25–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and eligibility-based benefits. Successful applicants bring reliability, strong communication, and a caring attitude to build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual/multilingual encouraged)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
