Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated In home Caregiver to join our Bowling Green team caring for clients in their home in Bonnieville, Kentucky. This position is part-time and hourly, providing crucial care and support to individuals in need within our community. As an individual contributor, the caregiver will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and any other necessary personal hygiene assistance
- Assist with medication management and administration according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and other important information and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including infection control measures and emergency response protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
