We aim to create a frictionless client experience and equip our advisors with cutting-edge tools through technology and innovative business systems.
Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests weekly, exclusively for our advisors, using targeted direct mail and digital content. Interested homeowners respond via online links, QR codes, or direct calls, leading to virtual appointments—no cold calling involved. Many advisors earn over $120k in their first year regardless of experience.
Advisors access our CRM to connect with clients requesting consultations. Automated systems set virtual appointments, allowing advisors to meet 10-15 families weekly from anywhere. We provide ongoing training and support, with options to start part-time and transition to full-time. Additionally, our Direct-to-Consumer platform enables clients to purchase policies independently, with advisors earning commissions for each sale.
This is a 1099/commission-based role. Average earnings per client application are around $1,000, with top advisors handling 15-20 clients weekly. Compensation includes overrides, bonuses, residuals, incentive travel, and potential equity or agency ownership opportunities.
