Job summary

Always Best Care Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide one-to-one support under individualized care plans in client homes across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting activities, and coordinating with the supervisor. Candidates must hold a Florida CNA or HHA license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the USA. Flexible schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Current State CNA License or State Home Health Aide Certification.
• Current/valid CPR Certification.
• Must obtain Florida State Level 2 background check prior to hiring.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in USA.
• Minimum one year of one-on-one care experience.
• Professional and compassionate with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend English; verbal English required.
• Background screening through the Clearinghouse per policy.

• Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute for Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Timely and accurately document all Client related activities per policy.
• Document the care provided and report health changes to supervisor.

• We have a large base of clients across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County.

Current/valid CPR Certification.

Must obtain the Florida State Level 2 background check prior to hiring.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in USA.

Minimum one year of experience in providing one-on-one care.

Reliable and committed to maintain assigned schedule.

Professional and compassionate with excellent communication skills.

Ability to read/write/comprehend the English language. Verbal communication in English is required.

Primary Responsibilities
