Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking experienced caregivers in Tarpon Springs and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one care to clients across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties.

The position requires an in-person interview, Florida CNA/HHA credentials or agency test, valid CPR, and background clearance. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to support a flexible, client-focused schedule.

Qualifications

• Must pass an in-person interview.
• Current State CNA License or State Home Health Aid Certification OR Passing Test Score of Agency HHA Assessment.
• Current/valid CPR Certification.
• Must obtain the Florida State Level 2 background check prior to hiring.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in USA.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in providing one-on-one care.
• Reliable and committed to maintain assigned schedule.
• Professional and compassionate with Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend the English Language. Verbal communication in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADL’s) to our clients, in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Timely and accurately document all Client related activities in accordance with Agency policy.
• Document the care provided and report changes in Client’s health to your supervisor.

Our office locations are Tarpon Springs and Tampa and we have a large base of clients located throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County. We are specifically looking for qualified caregivers in Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Pinellas Park and surrounding areas.

Requirements and Portrait of an ABC Caregiver

• Must pass an In-person interview process.
• Current State CNA License or State Home Health Aid Certification OR Passing Test Score of Agency HHA Assessment.
