Job summary

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with the ICT Institute, and clear progress reporting to ensure consistent trainee outcomes across service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children in ABA, school services, or related field preferred.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
• Experience facilitating small groups or leading training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned new hires.
• Provide structured 1:1 coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Address barriers to completion or skill development as they come up.
• Support both skill mastery and emotional readiness for working with children and families.
• Document progress, competency, and readiness, and provide actionable feedback.
