Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated home health aide to support clients in their Ohio homes. You will participate in ISP meetings, perform personal care, and assist with daily living tasks while prioritizing safety and confidentiality.

This role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, a valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You must be flexible, patient, and capable of coordinating transportation to medical appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to four years of college in a related field preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ISP meetings when requested by the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide basic personal care and grooming, including bathing and dressing assistance.
• Perform household services and homemaking tasks to support health and comfort.
• Accompany the consumer to medical appointments and outings.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
