Job summary

Paycom - ATS is recruiting a Home Health Aide to support clients in the Chillicothe area. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic personal care, and assisting with daily living activities in the home.

The position emphasizes teamwork with the client, family, and case management, prioritizing ISP goals, maintaining safety, and adapting to changing care needs. Training is provided for delegated nursing responsibilities and assistive devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Ohio Driver's License – with less than 6 points
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Working Cellular Phone – to clock in and out for billing purposes

Responsibilities

• Assist with ISP implementation and carry out tasks per ISP directives
• Provide basic personal care and grooming
• Perform homemaking tasks to support health and comfort in the home
• accompany client to medical appointments and activities
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and DD standards
