Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC provides in-home, compassionate care to clients across various life stages, emphasizing independence, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Caregivers deliver daily living assistance, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship, while documenting care and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Training is provided, with reliable scheduling and a focus on empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).
• Able to pass a Criminal background check.
• CPR certified.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home health care caregiver or in a similar role – Preferred.
• Internet accessible mobile phone for documenting service delivery and tasks provided

Responsibilities

• Personal care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Mobility assistance: Help clients move safely within their homes or between locations, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
• Household tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation, hobbies, or light exercise.
• Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or mental health to family members or supervisors promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities
