Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient personality focused on helping others.

• 18+ years old with a clean background and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support members with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal prep and personal hygiene.
• Foster trust and companionship through respectful interactions.
• Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervisors and professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with heart to ensure safety and dignity.
