Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Ambulation, bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Meal planning and preparation; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow care plans and report safety concerns to supervisor.
