Qualifications

• Current Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) certification or two years of professional direct care experience.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and transferring clients.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Safely transfer clients using proper equipment.
• Assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide catheter care and assistance with bowel programs.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to the RN.
