Responsibilities

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a reliable and personable In-Home Companion Care Provider to support an independent adult male in his home. This position is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys helping others, taking initiative, and building genuine connections.

The client is an easy-going, straightforward individual who values honesty, consistency, and reliability. While he remains highly independent, he experiences mobility challenges and occasionally has days where pain makes it difficult to complete certain tasks on his own. He is looking for a provider who can offer assistance when needed and serve as a friendly companion.

A strong candidate for this position will be someone who enjoys conversation, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable building a long-term professional relationship. On good days, the client enjoys starting the morning with a cup of coffee, conversation, or watching a favorite show together before tackling the day's tasks.

Compensation

$16.32/hour
