Senior Helpers - The Villages in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Client Services and Care Team Supervisor to respond to client inquiries, conduct in-home assessments, onboard new clients, and supervise care staff. You will ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements, while supporting local operations and staff.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and compassion for seniors, with an opportunity to impact community care delivery in the Leesburg area.

Formación

• 2+ years in client services, marketing, care coordination, or related supervisory role.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and AHCA background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound client prospect inquiries.
• Set appointments for in-home client care assessments and develop care plans.
• Complete and upload new client paperwork to the agency system.
• Communicate case details and care plans with scheduling, HR, operations, and staff.
• Supervise care team, including credentials oversight and tracking.
• Train and evaluate care staff to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain records related to client care, onboarding, and team activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee local office operations and report issues or needs for supplies.
