The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of scheduling or health care experience, 1 year in office and recruiting, and strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of scheduling or health care experience.
• At least 1 year of office and recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area.
• Ensure care plans are followed and client services are uninterrupted.
• On-board and train new branch administrative staff.
• Supervise direct service employees and enforce company policies.
• Assist with the new hire process and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with central admissions and manage reauthorizations.
• Prepare client charts and maintain accurate records for new clients.
• Schedule employees per client care plans and adjust for changes.
