Job summary

Heartfelt Care Solutions in Oregon is seeking dedicated CNAs or Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support, helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

You will assist with ADLs/IADLs under RN supervision, monitor client conditions, and maintain HIPAA privacy. This role offers flexible per diem scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate caregiving approach and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and observation skills to report changes.
• Reliability and ability to work flexible per diem schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) under RN supervision.
• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
