Job summary

A First Name Basis is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in Black Rock, AR. This position supports seniors and individuals with disabilities with daily living tasks in client homes.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time or part-time) and competitive hourly pay with overtime, daily pay options, and a supportive team culture. Travel to client homes is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Willingness to complete background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Kind heart with compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations.
