You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance while documenting care per regulatory standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with feeding.
• Medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Travel to client homes and maintain schedule across service area.
• Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
