A First Name Basis is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in Cabot, AR and surrounding areas. You will provide essential in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and document care provided.
• Travel to client homes across the service area as needed.
• Complete required in-service training upon hire and annually.
• Follow written care instructions and document services provided.
