Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) in Keene, NH is hiring Attendant Care Employees (ACE) on a per diem basis. The role focuses on enabling consumer independence through in-home care, daily living activities, and community support.

Compensation is $22.00 per hour with flexible schedules set by consumers. AS an ACE, you will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, meal prep, laundry, and medication reminders, using lifting devices when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (training provided).
• Medication reminders.
• Community-based support and errands.
