Right at Home Monterey Bay invites experienced Home Care Assistants to join our caregiving team serving Capitola and nearby communities. You will support seniors in their homes with daily living activities, mobility assistance, meals, and compassionate companionship.

We offer pay from $18 to $22 per hour, weekly pay, health insurance options, a 401(k) plan, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Competenze

• 1 year of caregiving experience or family caregiving experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for job duties.

Mansioni

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform personal care tasks as required by clients.
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and monitor health and safety.
