Right at Home Monterey Bay is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Watsonville area. We provide PPE and competitive pay to help you improve lives and grow with a respected home care company with 25+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• English reading, writing, speaking ability as needed for the job.
• 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
• Willing to complete all onboarding paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities to assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Transfer/move clients as needed within their home.
• Limit housekeeping to 20% of duties and assist with meals, errands, and appointments.
• Offer bathing/showering/dressing/shaving and medication reminders.
• Support dementia care and engage clients with companionship activities.
