Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking an Assessor to conduct in-home assessments for elderly clients located within a 2 hour drive of Glendale, AZ. Assessments are 30 minutes, with travel time paid at $40/hour, and flexible scheduling is available 8am–8pm, seven days a week.

The role offers $40/hour per diem with paid drive time and client visits. TB screening and background checks are required. This is a part-time position that can complement other work and may start soon.

• Ask questions about non-medical care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning).

Job description

We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and in need of an Assessor to perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Great Falls, MT area (clients located within a 2 hour drive of Glendale, AZ).$40/hour Per Diem. Paid drive time and time spent with the client conducting the in-home assessment.

The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non-medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning, etc)

The assessments take 30 minutes; travel time is paid from the person's home and back at $40/hour. Flexible schedule. Can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends only is acceptable. Great part time job for extra money on the side of your regular job. Flexible hours. We will perform a background check. Job starts soon.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis)skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Please retain documentation and receipt to evidence the test was completed - for employment verification.
